Html2xhtml is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.

Current stable release (1.3):

Command line html2xhtml:
- Source code:
  - html2xhtml-1.3.tar.gz (build process tested on GNU/Linux, Cygwin and MinGW using GNU tools).
- Windows binaries:
  - html2xhtml-1.3-bin-windows.zip (tested on Windows XP; execute it from command line; read the instructions about how to run the program in the file README and README-WINDOWS.TXT files included in the ZIP package, or execute html2xhtml --help for short instructions).
