INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS

The conference will take place at the University Carlos III of Madrid, located in the nearby city of Leganés:

All the rooms of the conference are equipped with audio and video equipment and with a personal computer. You can use your own computer or you can put your presentation in Power Point in the room computer through a CD or a USB-stick.

In all rooms, attendants will help you.

Speakers of oral presentations should meet their sessions Chairs 15 minutes before the start if the session in the related room.

Each poster has available a maximum size of 70 cm x 100 cm.
